Paper 6: Research Methodology & Statistics- II

 Scale construction: Likert, Thurstone, Guttman & semantic differential.

UNIT III:
 Hypothesis testing: single & double (dependent & independent) means Z and
student’s t.

 Type I & II errors, power of a test

UNIT IV:
 Hypothesis testing for more than two means: one way ANOVA
 Introduction to non parametrics: Chi square.
